Way over complicated April 25, 2008 Reviewer: Anonymous person from Georgia United States   This software is bloated, with dozens, maybe hundreds of options that we just don't need. If you have a quick service restaurant, you will be very frustrated with this software. Tech support tried to answer our questions quickly, but their answers were wrong. Setup took us many weeks. Poor performance and no support August 16, 2007 Reviewer: Anonymous person from Bearsville, NY United States   After buying 5 copies of the software and a system that was ok'd by PC America it would not work.  Tech support sent us to Epson and Dell and they both told us it was a software problem.  The on-site support people were just plain nasty just trying to set up a visit - money, money, money.  The CEO and President won't return phone calls or e-mails.  Better systems that actually work are available.
