Learning the PROGRAM is very simple. Every screen has “ ? “ Icons, and captions suggest most of the things you need to know. Then all you do is follow your instinct and common sense
You can start using the program with minimum set up. Just enter the information for the most frequently sold products into product information set up screen. You can set up everything else as you go along, and feel comfortable with the system.
You can input your customer’s list, products list and etc to the program. Your database in the program will not lbe lost when you change to the full version from the trial version.
Please press the “SAVER21; icon on the top menu bar to save your database every day, every week, every month, or whenever you feel comfortable for case of emergency. You will bring back to the program operational condition at time of last saved period.

RE: Bar Code Scanner
Any bar code scanner will work with our POS 4 BUSINESS program. Once your computer detected the bar code scanner, the POS 4 BUSINESS program will take over it functions. Most popular bar code scanner is keyboard wedge type, which “Y” connects it to the keyboard cable. Of course, the PS-2, USB and Serial types works well.
RE: Receipt Printer
Our POS program work with the most popular Epson TM-U200, TM-U210, TM-U220 and TM-U88III receipt printer.
Some customers are reported us that the Star Receipt Printer SP512MC and Cash Drawer are also works well.
RECEIPT PRINTER
Connect the receipt printer to the back of your computer and specify the port that the printer is connected to. If you are using a Parallel Printer just enter the port name that you connected the receipt printer to (example LPT1). If you are using a Serial Receipt Printer you need to enter the Serial Port name followed by the Serial Port Settings (example COM1).
CASH DRAWER
A receipt printer and a cash drawer combination is used at the Point of Sale, the cash drawer is “Printer Driven” meaning that the cash drawer is connected to the back of the receipt printer. A cash drawer (if has a phone cable coming out of the back of drawer) connects to the cash drawer cable to the back of the receipt printer, which is no need to specify the port setting.
We will send you a setup instruction when you are ready to install the Receipt Printer and Cash Drawer to your computer.
RE: Quick Product Search
Type in first few letters of the product name in the “Type Product Search Word” box (bottom left screen) and press enter key, - the program will search related products from entire products list and show them at brink of your eye.
RE: Customer Search
Press the “V (down arrow) Search” mark next to the “Customer: Box” top left on the POS/Invoice screen. The Search Customer box will appears. Type in first few letters, the curser will point to customer name, and double click it or press OK.
RE: Review the Customer’s Sales History Records
Press the “Show sales history” icon on the Point of Sale screen.
You will able to see customer’s previous invoice numbers, dates, descriptions, quantities, prices, and print its histories while you are talking with customers.
RE: Print Receipt on the Standard printer
(Standard for POS 4 BUSINESS program and Option for the EASY INVOICE program)
You do not want to buy an expensive receipt printer. You just print receipt to 1/4 size of the standard letter size or A4paper (cut 1/4 size from letter size or A4 paper) on the standard Inkjet printer or laser jet printer by setting up on the “Company” on the top menu bar, > Company Set up (Part 1) Item 4 to choose for the Center Feed or Right Feed type depending your printer.
RE: Invoice print on your company’s letterhead paper
Print the Invoice (Quotation) on your company's letterhead paper.
For Setup: Press "Set Up" on the top menu bar, > go to "Company Set Up (2)" folder, and select to adjust the space as according to your company's letterhead paper.
RE: Print envelope
On the “Total: screen, next to the printer, there is “Print Envelope” icon to print customer’s name and address on the envelop with your return address.
RE: Acrobat Invoice
Send e-mail the Acrobat Invoice to your customers
The Invoice can be converted to the Acrobat PDF file and e-mail them to your customers. One click in the program print screen makes it, if you installed the retail version of the Adobe Acrobat 5.0 or higher program in your computer.
RE: POS program Network Version (option)
You can connect as many workstations as the Windows network can hold (Up to 255 users) and you only pay for one network version for unlimited workstations use.
You can install the POS program to the main computer, and the workstation computers will access the POS program from the main computer.
RE: Upload program (option)
The Upload program is very useful tool (every 3rd customers are purchasing), which upload thousands of the following your products information and customers’ information in Excel files convert in to the POS program in a few second. This upload program is save a lot of your times instead of typing that information by hand and makes your business much easier.
Product's Item Number, Description, Quantity, Minimum Qty, Retail Prices, Cost, Vender, classification and etc from the MS Excel file to the POS program product List.
Customer's Name, Address, Phone Number, Fax Number, Tax ID, Term and etc from the MS Excel file to the POS program customer List.
Also you can upload in-coming products delivery information into the POS program in a second, if your supplier is sending those products delivery information in the Excel file to you or you can covert that information to the Excel file.

Open the POS program,
Press “Authorization/Order” on the top menu bar,
Write your information on this screen,
Press the “Click this for Order and Price Information“ RED box,
Enter your payment information,
Press COPY icon and paste the order sheet to your email screen, or Printer icon to print them to fax you, or press copy icon then paste the Order Form on the email screen, or save Order Form (auth.txt), and send email attachment to you.
